When doubtful, err on the facet of warning, IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta underlined amid an escalating row over the airline’s choice to not enable a toddler with particular wants on board one in all its flights in Ranchi over the weekend. The CEO added it was an unlucky choice.
