A Delhi court docket on Saturday issued a bailable warrant in opposition to TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee’s spouse Rujira Banerjee in reference to a grievance filed by the Enforcement Directorate for allegedly refusing to affix the probe in a cash laundering case linked to an alleged coal rip-off in West Bengal.

The ED had earlier claimed that Abhishek Banerjee was a beneficiary of funds obtained from this unlawful commerce. He has denied all expenses.
