“Hope this love does not catch the evil eyes of politics,” UP MLA Abbas Bin Mukhtar Ansari stated.
New Delhi:
In a shifting present of fraternity and spiritual concord, native Kashmiri Hindus welcomed pilgrims getting back from Hajj — an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia — by doing aarti, singing an Islamic spiritual music, shaking palms, and giving them rose flowers.
Sharing a brief video clip purportedly from the Srinagar airport, Uttar Pradesh MLA Abbas Bin Mukhtar Ansari stated Kashmiri Pandits lined up exterior the airport and sang ‘Naat’ — poetry in reward of Prophet Muhammad — and congratulated them on their pilgrimage. The video clip reveals a gaggle of males joyously singing in unison whereas welcoming folks exiting the airport with their baggage.
हज करके लौटे हाजी लोग श्रीनगर एयरपोर्ट से निकले तो कश्मीरी पंडित भाईयों ने नात पढ़ते हुए आरती उतार कर उनका स्वागत किया और मुबारकबाद दी।

Mr Ansari represents UP’s Mau Sadar constituency from Akhilesh Yadav ally Om Prakash Rajbhar’s Suheldev Bhartiya Samaj Occasion (SBSP).
“When the pilgrims who returned after performing Haj got here out of the Srinagar airport, Kashmiri Pandit brothers welcomed and congratulated them by performing aarti whereas reciting the Naat. Hope this love does not catch the evil eyes of politics,” he wrote in Hindi together with the video.
