A day after a Kashmir Pandit was shot lifeless by terrorists in central Kashmir, Shiv Sena chief Sanjay Raut on Friday mentioned if this neighborhood will not be protected even after the abrogation of Article 370, then the Centre must take harsh steps.
Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists shot lifeless Rahul Bhat (35), a Kashmiri Pandit worker, in a crowded authorities workplace in Budgam district in central Kashmir on Thursday. Rahul Bhat, who was posted within the tehsil workplace in Chadoora below a particular employment package deal for Kashmiri Pandit migrants, was rushed to a premier hospital in Srinagar, the place he succumbed to his accidents.
Speaking to reporters right here over the killing, Mr Raut mentioned such incidents are occurring often.
In a dig on the Centre, the Sena chief mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi and House Minister Amit Shah are very emotional about Kashmiri Pandits and there have been talks of their return to the Valley.
“However even those that are left behind are usually not allowed to remain there. They’re being killed. The house minister should take these incidents very critically,” he mentioned.
Pakistan can’t be blamed on a regular basis, he mentioned whereas asking what the federal government was doing for Kashmiri Pandits.
“If even after eradicating Article 370, if Kashmiri Pandits and the frequent public are usually not protected, then that you must take harsh steps. Kashmiri Pandits and the issue of Kashmir won’t be resolved by taking on the problems like Hanuman Chalisa and mosques (loudspeakers on mosques). The federal government must be sensible on this,” Mr Raut mentioned.
