The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has made a major discovery with the excavation of a Harappan-era website in Haryana’s Rakhigarhi village.
In a tweet, information company . quoted Sanjay Ok Manjul, the joint director basic of ASI, as saying that the Rakhigarhi archaeological website has seven mounds. Whereas digging, the ASI discovered “items of proof of Harappan tradition in all seven”.
Mr Manjul additional added, “Comparable excavations have occurred earlier than and that is the third part.”

The village within the state’s Hisar district is among the oldest archaeological websites of the Indus Valley Civilisation.
